[. . . ] PORTABLE COMPACT DISC PLAYER INSTRUCTION MANUAL PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR UNIT MODEL: JX-CD280 LOCATION OF CONTROLS CD SKIP ( ) BUTTON PROGRAM BUTTON LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) PLAY/PAUSE (power on) STOP BUTTON (power off) CD MODE BUTTON HOLD SWITCH BATTERY DOOR DC IN 4. 5V ADAPTER JACK (NOT INCLUDED) LINE OUT JACK PHONES JACK DOOR OPEN VOLUME CONTROL BASS BOOST SWITCH CONTROL OPERATION AND FUNCTION POWER SUPPLY Your CD player requires 2 size "AA" alkaline batteries (not included), or use the AC adapter (not included) AC ADAPTER OPERATION Plug one end of the AC adapter into the DC 4. 5V jack, then plug the other end into AC wall outlet. (adapter not included) PRECAUTIONS ON USING THE AC ADAPTER Put in correct specs for AC adapter. Please make sure you purchase the correct AC adapter. CD Mode button pressed 3 times for INTR play. 5 times for return to normal play. SINGLE TRACK REPEAT Press the CD Mode button once during play, and the " 1" will appear in the display. The current track will be played over and over again until Stop button is pressed. ALL TRACKS REPEAT/CONTINUOUS PLAY Press the CD Mode button twice during play. [. . . ] To keep the disc clean, do not touch the surface of the disc. Discs should be returned to their cases after use to avoid serious scratches that could cause the laser pickup to skip. Do not expose discs to direct sunlight, high humidity, or high temperatures for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can warp the disc. [. . . ]
