Items made of wood and heat resistant plastic are ideal. q The drip tray has been coated with a reflective silver coating to direct heat upwards and make cooking more efficient. To make cleaning a little easier the base of the drip tray may be lined with aluminium foil. Aluminium foil will collect the fat and make disposal easier. Also with foil, heat is reflected upwards making cooking more energy efficient.
