NOTE Whenever in extreme special cases the described way to adjust is not possible, you can change the mirror position with the aid of the adjusting screws of mirror holder. The light arc adjustment is to be carried out by experts only, see operating manual Universal Lamphouse . 2. 4. 1. 5 Inserting Heat Filter A heat filter is necessary from a lamp capacity of 2500 W onwards. It protects film gate from too much heat. ATTENTION The heat filter is a reflection filter, therefore you have to watch out for the reflection side of filter to be directed to xenon lamp. You can see the edge of reflection coating when you look at the small side of filter holding it against the light. The reflection side is slightly adhesive.
