[. . . ] This electronic management system monitors and controls your angle grinder in its various operating states; Operating state Switching On: Feature The IPC electronic system start-up mode ensures that the motor starts up slowly and gently. This largely avoids heavy transient current surges, and means that electrical safety cut-out devices are not generally tripped (building sites, domestic premises). After switching on, the IPC electronic system run-up mode takes the grinder's speed up to the pre-set required value (Setting 1 . After this is reached, the IPC system speed control mode keeps the grinder operating at a constant speed. [. . . ] check the attached consumable or equipment before use. It must be properly attached and turn freely. test the operation of the tool for at least 30 seconds. If a disc is not round or vibrates, do not use it. Only bring the angle grinder into contact with the workpiece after it has been switched on. Take note of the direction of rotation and always hold the angle grinder in such a way that the sparks and grinding debris are thrown away from your body. Always bear in mind that sparks will be generated when working on metals. Make sure that nobody is placed in any danger and that there are no inflammable materials in the area (risk of fire). Make sure that the dimensions of the disc are suitable for the angle grinder and that the disc is of a type that fits properly on to the stub shaft end . Only use approved fibre-reinforced cutting discs or depressed grinding discs approved for use at circumferential speeds of not less than 80 m/s. The grinder continues to rotate after it has been switched off. do not attempt to stop it by applying sideways pressure. If danger arises, pull the mains plug immediately out of the mains socket. Ensure that the tool and the mains plug are easily accessible and can be reached quickly in an emergency. Never use the tool for a purpose for which it was not intended. Use original accessories intended for use with this tool only. for the best grinding performance move the angle grinder evenly to and fro over the workpiece maintaining an angle of 15° to 30° (between grinding disc and workpiece). When working on inclined surfaces do not press the grinder harder on to the workpiece. If the speed slows greatly, use less pressure. This will allow you to work more effectively and safely. If the tool suddenly stops due to it becoming retarded or trapped, pull the mains plug from the socket immediately. Do not advance the angle grinder so much that it comes to a standstill.
