For Windows XP/Server 2003, click the [Start] button, and then click "Printers and Faxes". ­ If "Printers and Faxes" does not appear in the Start menu, open the Control Panel from the Start menu, select "Printers and Other Hardware", and then select "Printers and Faxes". 2 3 Right-click the printer icon, and then click "Properties". ­ Select an installed option, and then select a setting from the dropdown list below. 2 Note To automatically register the installed options in the "Option" list, click the [Gather Option Information] button when connected to the machine. You can save up to 25 sets of settings in the library. The setting values are recalled, and the Printing Preferences dialog box appears again. Changing the settings 1 2 3 On the Printing Preferences dialog box, click the [Edit] button. From the list, select the file that you want to change, and then change the settings. To delete the file, click the [Delete] button.
