The bizhub 200, 250, and 350 are equipped with an integrated printer controller that allows you to print directly from a personal computer. This User's Guide describes the printing functions, operations, usage, and safety precautions of the printer controller. Button OK Cancel Help Save Edit Default Function Click this button to close the dialog box and apply any settings that have been changed. Click this button to cancel any settings that have been changed and close the dialog box. Click this button to display the help for each item on the currently displayed dialog box. Click this button to save the current settings and to view them at a later time. Click this button to change the saved settings. Click this button to return the settings to their defaults, which were selected when the driver was installed. 200/250/350 6-1 6 Button View Function Setting up the PostScript driver (Windows) When the [Paper View] button is clicked, a preview of the page layout as specified in the current settings is displayed and a preview image of the print job can be checked. When the [Printer View] button is clicked, a printer figure is displayed showing any options, such as the paper tray, that are installed on this machine. Paper Printer 2 Note To enable any installed options, you must specify the Option settings. For details, refer to "Specifying the Option tab settings" on page 6-21. Setup tab Item Orientation Original Size Output Size Zoom Paper Source Paper Type Copies Function Specifies the orientation of the image being printed on the paper. Specifies the size of the original document. Automatically enlarges or reduces when the Original Size setting is changed. Specifies the enlargement and reduction ratio. Specifies the number of copies to print. 6-2 200/250/350 Setting up the PostScript driver (Windows) 6 Item Collate Offset Output Tray Output Method [User Authentication/Account Track] Function Specifies whether to print multiple copies in sets. When printing multiple copies, shifts the output position of each set. Selects the tray where to output the printed pages. Specifies output methods, such as "Secure Print" and "Save in User Box". For user management in the "User Authentication" and "Account Track", enter a user name, department name, and password. Layout tab Item Combination Rotate 180 Double Sides Binding Position Staple Center Staple and Fold Hole-Punch Function Prints multiple pages on one page and specifies the booklet function. Details can be specified in Combination Details. Folds the printouts in half and staples. Specifies hole punching. Per Page Setting tab Item Front Cover Page Back Cover Page Paper Source Transparency Interleave Paper Source Function Attaches a front cover page. Selects the input tray for the front cover page and back cover page. Outputs and inserts interleaves when printing overhead projector transparencies.
