The Special Original screen is displayed. 2 Press the [Non STD size] key if you wish to process originals that do not correspond to a standard size. or Press the [Tab paper] key if you wish to copy originals with tabs. A selection window appears. 3 Select the size that corresponds to the originals that have been placed. ?What does "full-image area" mean? § When you press [Full Area] the entire area of the original glass will be scanned. Use the [Application] key to open the Application area. The "Application" screen shows the various application options. When you select an application, the applications that cannot be combined with it are automatically dimmed. Disabling applications?If you want to disable all applications, press the [All Clear] key. To disable a single application, press the application key with a dark background. The application is now disabled. Di5510/Di7210 5-1 5 5. 1 Adding inserts and cover sheets Applications Add inserts and front and back cover sheets to your copy job. Specify up to 30 positions for inserts (including front and back cover sheets). Use various types of paper for your inserts and front and back cover sheets. Choose between: G G G Front cover sheet printed or blank Back cover sheet printed or blank Insertion sheet printed or blank One paper tray for both front and back cover sheets!Front and back cover sheets have to be loaded into one tray. If you want to use different paper for the front and back cover sheets, load the paper alternately into the tray. Use a uniform paper thickness. 5-2 Di5510/Di7210 Applications Information on Sheet and Cover Insertion Please note the following: G G G 5 Use an identical size for the inserts and front and back cover sheets and the copies. The automatic zoom ratio selection (AMS) is automatically enabled. If possible, load thick paper into the bypass tray.
