The screen for selecting scan settings appears. 2 3 Press the [MIXED ORIGINAL] key. Confirm your selection by pressing [OK]. The background of the [SPECIAL ORIGINAL] key turns black. The "APS" feature has been automatically enabled. 4 5 6 7 Change any other necessary system settings. Use the 10-Key Pad to set the number of copies. Align the originals against the back edge of the EDH. Press the [START] key on the control panel to start the copy job. Position Mixed Original?The originals must be positioned properly so they can be fed in without difficulty. For more information, see page 3-13. Di850 4-79 4 Copying Z-Folded Originals (Special Originals) Basic Functions Copying originals with a Z-folding with the EDH. The system automatically determines the length of the paper while scanning the original. This can make the scanning process take a little longer than usual. You can load up to 100 originals with or without Z-folds.
