Input from Vehicle Ignition Switch,  STA (Red/Lt Blu) Output to High Idle System Park/Neutral Signal Ground when in Park or Neutral

1.  [. . . ] Pin 3 is connected to the vehicle ignition switch,  STA,  (Red/Lt Blu) or other suitable location. By placing the shift lever in PARK and checking that pin 4 shows continuity to ground. Place shift lever in REVERSE and note that there is no continuity to ground on pin4. Place shift lever in NEUTRAL and note pin 4 continuity to ground D. Place shift lever in DRIVE and note NO continuity from pin 4 to ground 6. Connect pin 4 to the required Neutral Safety switch pin on the High Idle System.
