Move the throttle lever to the high pos ition, prime the engine (pus h the choke button 2 ~ 3 times or put 2 ~ 3 drops of fuel directly into the carburetor) and move the throttle lever back to the s low throttle pos ition. Attach the boos ter cord or one-touch glow plug heater to the engine in order to electrify the glow plug. Quickly pull the recoil s tarter rope (s tarter knob) s ev- r- l ea times . C aution: B e c areful not to pull out more than 50c m of c ord bec aus e you may tear it and the s pring ins ide the rec oil s tarter!Once the engine is s tarted, wait 5 ~ 10 s econds before de-taching the boos ter cord or one-touch glow plug heater. R un the engine another 2 ~ 3 tanks and make s ure you do not apply full throttle. T o lean the mixture, rotate the air/fuel mixture ad-us tment s crew clockwis e (right), j each time 30 ~ 40°. In the oppos ite cas e, if the engine s talls , fumes are not vis ible and rpm increas e s lowly, fuel is not abundant enough. T his time, richen the mixture and rotate the s crew anticlockwis e (left), each time 30 ~ 40°. note: T he optimum s etting may vary ac c ording to the kind of glow plug and glow fuel us ed!Note: T he optimum s etting may vary due to c hang-ing weather c onditions !T he bes t pos ition of Needle-V alve mus t be opened the Needle-V alve more than 2 and 1/2 turns from the fully c los ed pos ition.
