Motor and ESC may become very hot after use. *The following are examples of situations that should be avoided for safe assembly, maintenance and operation: Painting must be done only in a well-ventilated area. OFF Always switch off the receiver and transmitter, then disconnect/remove the batteries when the model is not in use. Failure to do so may cause damage to the batteries from excessive discharge and leaking. Be sure that you're operating on a unique frequency from any other RC vehicles in the area. Do not point the antenna towards another person. Do not store this model in hot or humid conditions, or in direct sunlight. 8 After applying Grease, place eight differential balls 182 between the two thrust washers 181 , grouping them around the screw 183 . Secure parts 177 and 178 in place with two flat head screwdrivers and rotate the differential case until it becomes tight. When running the car, the differential must be tight, otherwise it may be damaged. If part 178 rotates into the opposite direction to part 177 , no further 183 adjustment is necessary. If part 178 does not rotate, screw is too tight. In this case, gradually loosen screw 183 until part 178 rotates. Once the adjustment is done, install 176 (see"exploded view"). Make sure that the 3x25mm button hex screw does not stick out of the plate. The letter must face the correct direction. Do not over tighten nut too much to prevent binding in the rear hubs. The side with the step is a reverse screw. [. . . ] Tighten the cap until it slightly stops, then loosen it for a 1/2nd lap. Adjust 217 while model is running so the front and rear are same height . In case of the following sizes, use 226 . Tighten the screws with one sheet of paper inserted between both gears. [. . . ]
