Ideal for cooking meat such as sausages and chicken portions. cooking high water content foods such as bacon and chops with this function helps to reduce condensation. (Recommended: Door closed 200°C, 2nd from top shelf, turn the food over halfway through. The fan circulates the hot air around the oven for uniform cooking of larger quantities of food. Use for roasting vegetables, meat and poultry, or baked fish. This function is the best one for cooking frozen potato products and breaded/battered chicken or fish.
