O Preparations containing a high proportion of sugar, butterfat or alcohol require more time to solidify (depending on the proportion, they may never even become firm). O If you wish to add sugar in course of the preparation, never add it directly from the opening as O it will not dissolve. It must be dissolved in water or milk beforehand.
