[. . . ] Also when you save your fleet positions, you can cancel the selection of the previous vessel. In mode 1, you play against the computer. For each of the 4 game modes, you must choose the position of your vessels. Your vessels are : 1 aircraft carrier (= 5 cases as per the following example P1, P2, P3, P4, P5 ) 1 destroyer (= 4 cases as per the following example D1, D2, D3, D4 ) 2 frigates (= 3 cases as per the following example C1, C2, C3 ) 1 gunner boat (= 2 cases as per the following example F1, F2 ) You can use the 5 ships or only 4, 3, 2 or 1 vessel. [. . . ] The screen displays the maximum number of ships that you can choose. You must first choose the first vessel that you wish to save. choose among the vessels displayed on screen. Use the LEFT / RIGHT button to scroll each vessel. Then, you need to save the coordinates of one of the extremities of the vessel. To change and select another letter, use the LEFT / RIGHT button then press ENTER. Follow the same method you used to save the letter, and select the number where you want the extremity of the vessel to be located. At last, follow the same method to save the coordinates of the other extremity of the vessel. a sound effect will confirm that the vessel has been properly saved. The screen will now indicate which vessel you still need to save. Choose the next boat and save its coordinates, using the same process as for the first boat, etc. The screen will indicate when your shots have missed the target. A sound effect indicates when you target the same position twice. You can correct the coordinates by pressing CANCEL before pressing ENTER. The game also displays the coordinates of your opponent's shots. If your shot hits one opponent's vessel, the game will display an explosion on the screen. You can memorize the position by using the red marker (the game contains 70pcs). VESSEL DESTROYED When you hit the last part of a vessel, it will be completely destroyed. THE WINNER The Player who destroys all the vessels of his opponent is the Winner. Position is already occupied by another vessel. 2 vessels are located next to each other. Check Paragraph 5 regarding the size of the vessels and the number of vessels. [. . . ] All the parts of a vessel have been hit but the vessel is not destroyed. To stop a game, simply press the ON/OFF button. The game will automatically switch Off if it is not used for 5 minutes.
