The compressor and circulating fan operate at maximum cooling capacity to quickly lower the refrigerator temperature. If warm food is placed into the refrigerator, FAST FREEZING can be started with the button on the control panel. FAST FREEZING will shut off when the temperature reaches the proper level or it can be shut off manually by pressing the FAST FREEZING button. G CHILD LOCK G CHILD LOCK Press and hold the CHILD LOCK button for 3 seconds to lock the child lock. When it is locked, the Lock LED will be on and the other button will not operate. To unlock, press and hold the CHILD LOCK button for 3 seconds again. 15 OPERATIONS CONTROLS FOR FREEZER COMPARTMENT To lower the temperature in the freezer, turn the knob counter-clockwise and set to a higher number. To raise the temperature in the freezer, turn the knob clockwise and set to a smaller number. G When the freezer compartment is not cold enough in winter, adjust the control for the freezer to High ( 6 ~ 8 ). 4 3 2 G Knob 8 is for quick freezing in the freezer compartment. The refrigerator can be operated continuously or the refrigerator compartment can be warmer. When the quick freezing is finished, please return to set the Knob at Normal. Fridge temperature would be warmer when the Freezer temperature set to be colder. G Setting the Freezer Knob at 8 will satisfy 4 STAR. Setting the Freezer Knob at NORMAL will have sufficient freezing effect, so it is recommended to set the Knob at NORMAL. G ICE MAKING Twisting Ice Serve Type G To make ice cubes, fill the ice tray with water and insert in its position. To remove ice cubes, hold the lever of the tray and pull turn gently.
