User must use shielded signal interface cables (D-sub 15 pin cable, DVI cable) with ferrite cores to maintain standard compliance for the product. Mac adapter For Apple Macintosh use, a separate plug adapter is needed to change the 15 pin high density (3 row) D-sub VGA connector on the supplied cable to a 15 pin 2 row connector. 2. To use this feature, please install forteManager program in the enclosed CD-ROM. Recommended resolutions are : 1680 x 1050, 1440 x 900, 1280 x 1024, 1024 x 768, 800 x 600. Setting will vary from one operating system or video card to another. Please refer to the computer manufacturer's user guide for more details. MENU Button Use this button to enter or exit the On Screen Display. OSD LOCKED/UNLOCKED This function allows you to lock the current control settings, so that they cannot be inadvertently changed. Press and hold the MENU button for several seconds. The message "OSD LOCKED" should appear. You can unlock the OSD controls at any time by pushing the MENU button for several seconds.
