Commercial door operator accessory for use only with Liftmaster solid state commercial door operators. 

WARNING
TO AVOID SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH FROM ELECTROCUTION,  DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER TO OPERATOR BEFORE PROCEEDING.  [. . . ] Plug option board into the slot on the end of the motherboard. The green light(s) on the option board will turn on if the board is seated properly and the power is on.

Auxiliary Contacts Option Board The Auxiliary Contacts Option Board has both normally-open and normally-closed contacts that actuate when the door is opening,  closing and when the unit is powered down. When the CDO is powered up,  the following contacts outputs are available:
CDO Motherboard

While opening:

While Closing:

CDO powered down: open open close close CDO powered on open & door not in motion: open close close
