PACKING LIST: PART NUMBER 11-12191 21-3260 27-12192 Heater Plug Transformer, 230V 50 VA Immersion Heater DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 1 1 1 GEAR REDUCER TRANSFORMER (230-460 Volt Kit Only) HEATER PLUG IMMERSION HEATER SELF-REGULATING HEATER INSTALLATION 1) If the operator is already installed it will be necessary to take it down or the oil will run out and it will be difficult to refill. [. . . ] 3) Insert the heater plug into the oil drain hole but do not tighten it at this time. WARNING WARNING DISCONNECT POWER AT THE FUSE BOX BEFORE PROCEEDING. 5) a) On 120 Volt Operators connect the two heater wires to terminals L1 and L2. b) If the operator is not 120 Volts connect the two heater wires to the black and white (primary) wires on the 50VA transformer included with the kit. The plug will close around the heater and hold it in place. 6) Be sure to route the heater wires away from moving parts and the chain hoist mechanism.
