 [. . . ] DYNAMIC BRAKE MODIFICATION
WARNING
APPLICATION
This modification is available for Model T,  GT,  APT,  J,  H,  GH,  SD and GSD standard door operators with 24V control circuits (M).  [. . . ] ALL electrical connections MUST be made by a qualified individual. 

FUNCTIONS
Provides electrical braking in the form of DC current to stop the motor. Acts as a stopping brake only,  not as a holding brake; therefore,  it is most useful on gear-reduced operators (GT,  GH,  GSD) when extremely high braking requirements are anticipated(such as on very heavy or unsprung doors) and where the gear reducer may help act as a holding brake. May be used in conjunction with a solenoid brake. Normally provided in a separate wall-mounted enclosure to be mounted near,  and field connected to,  the operator. Includes Delay-on-Reverse circuit.
