Effect On-Off / Power Indicator Light The Power Indicator Light on your ToneCore uses two colors to indicate the pedal's state: · RED (flashing) ­ Batteries should be replaced This low power indication will override all other states Power Jack Connect an optional ToneCore-compatible Line 6 power supply like the DC-1, and you'll never need a 9-volt battery again!In Jacks Use a standard guitar cable to connect your guitar, or the output of another effect to use in combination with your ToneCore. If you're feeding a mono signal to your Verbzilla, use the MONO/L jack. Like most pedals, inserting a plug into this jack will turn on the power to your ToneCore. Disconnect both input plugs from jacks when the ToneCore is not being used. Out Jacks Use a standard guitar cable to connect to the inputs of a guitar amp, or the inputs of another effect that will feed your amp. Foot Switch Stomp on this to turn the effect sound processing on and off. Mix Allows you to control the amount of reverb in your signal. Fully counter clockwise will give you no reverb, fully clockwise will give you 100% reverb (no dry signal). Pre-delay is the amount of delay before the reverb chamber and is adjusted with this control. Tone Allows you to adjust the tonal character of the reverb, giving you the flexibility to go from dark and subtle to bright and splashy. Trails Switch Turn Trails Switch on to keep Verbzilla's processing engaged while in bypass, so your reverb smoothly trail away when you kick the effect off. `63 Spring: Based on a 1963 brown spring reverb head unit. A spring reverb's characteristic resonant sound was created by springs suspended inside a metal box. Room: Simulates the acoustic properties of a classic echo chamber , which was a room used in early recording studios for reverb effects. Smaller then a hall, room reverbs consists mainly of early reflections. Chamber: An elongated ambient space such as a hall, stairwell or elevator shaft creates this reverb type.
