If compression is still low, have a qualified service shop check the engine. Set combination control lever to "CHOKE", pull the starter handle several times and remove spark plug. If the end of the spark plug is wet with fuel, Is fuel sucked into the cylinder?When fuel is properly sucked and still the engine can not be started, try with new fuel.
