These programmes usually suit most users. You can adjust the temperature and the spin speed temporarily, and you can run a spin or rinse programme temporarily without reading this Chapter; see Chapter 9, Washing. You can also create your own programmes to suit you and your washing needs even better. You can select a different type of programme, for example Heavy with pre-wash, Wool or Light. You can also alter settings such as temperature and spin speed and options such as Pre-soak, Delayed start and E2 Eco/Efficiency. Tables containing a description of all programme types, settings and options are included later in this Chapter. In this Chapter we tell you how to replace one or other of the pre-set programmes with a programme of your own. By storing the programme, it will then be accessible simply by pressing a button every time you wish to use the washing machine. Temporary programme You can also make a temporary change of programme type, settings or options. The change is not stored in this case, but is deleted when you switch off the machine or when you select one of the pre-set programmes.
