This setting corresponds to the time zone in Helsinki, Kiev, Riga, Sofia. o o · The information stored in the map material for each section of route about the permitted maximum speed limit is not displayed on the screen or documented with an acoustic warning when exceeded (setting: Do not show). As an alternative to the setting you can select the following option: o Show without warning The speed limit for this section of road is displayed on the map but your navigation system does not emit an acoustic signal when the limit is exceeded. o Warning at 5 km/h (Alternative settings: 10/15/20/25/30 km/h) The speed limit for this section of road is displayed on the map. Your navigation system also emits an acoustic warning signal when you exceed the speed limit by the selected amount. · Entries are made alphanumerically (e. country, place and street names) on a keyboard with an alphabetically organised standard keyboard layout. As an alternative to the setting you can select the following options: o The arrangement of the keys is switched to the QWERTZ keyboard layout (German) developed for typewriters and computer keyboards, intended for the German-speaking area as well as Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia. Before you use the speed-cam warning, you must find out about its current legal status. If the use of speed-cam warnings is not permitted, you must not use this function. Note Please be aware that depending on the pack contents, this function may not be available on every version of the navigation software and therefore may not be displayed. Adjusting the device settings The settings listed here are identical to the basic settings for operation which have already been described in the Basic settings for operation section. 32 Adjusting the settings Adjusting the Quick menu settings The Quick menu is available by pressing the button located in the lower right corner of the map view, giving you direct access to functions otherwise only available using the conventional menus. This means you can, for example, assign the option City to one of the Quick menu buttons: When you tap the button, you will then be taken directly to the area for entering the city on the Enter new destination screen.
