Keep electrical equipment out of reach of children Never allow children to use electrical devices unattended. Keep plastic packaging out of the reach of children. If your scale will not be used for a longer period of time, remove the battery from the battery compartment to prevent battery leakage. If battery fluid has leaked out, put the battery in the special waste and carefully clean the battery compartment with a paper towel. Make sure that you do not touch the battery fluid. Thoroughly wash your hands if you touch battery acid and do not touch your eyes!

OPERATION
Weighing and selecting the measuring unit 1. Switch on the scale by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. For a few seconds, the display will show all symbols. Then the display will show "0 g" or "0 oz" (depending on the last setting). If you would like to select the other measuring unit, press the button "kg/lb. " 3. Now place the object to be weighed on the scale (the scale displays the weights in 1 gram intervals or in 1/8 oz intervals, respectively). Wait until the display shows , , H", which indicates that the weight reading is now stable. Read the displayed value either in gram or in oz/lb (press "kg/lb" to select). Selecting the weighing unit Press the button kg/lb to select between the measuring units. Using the calibration function If you plan to weigh the goods in a container, place the container on the scale before switching it on. You can also "delete" the container weight by pressing the "TARE" button. Weighing additional items Proceed as described under 'Weighing'. Press the "TARE" button and add the next item to be weighed.
