[. . . ] The detergent button allows you to select the function "2 in 1" and "Gel". The program cycle sequence will be adjusted for the selected detergent. Depending on the program the program running time may increase. "2 in 1" The function "2 in 1" adjusts the program cycle to the use of "2 in 1" detergent products (detergent with rinse aid). The rinse aid dosage and the rinse aid refill indicator will be deactivated. "Gel" The function "Gel" adjusts the program cycle to the use of "Gel" detergent. The cleaning and drying performance of these detergent products varies. ^ Turn the dishwasher on s. The "Start/Stop" indicator lights. ^ Press the "Detergent" button until the indicator of the desired detergent "2 in 1" or "Gel" lights. If none of the indicators are lit, the dishwasher is set to powder detergent. The set function will be active for all programs until the setting is changed. ^ A program can be started or the dishwasher can be turned off s. 33 Additional functions Delay start The starting time of a program can be delayed. The start time can be delayed from 30 minutes to 24 hours. With a delay start time of between 30 minutes and 9 hours 30 minutes the delay is set in 30 minute steps. For 10 hours or more it is set in one hour steps. When using the "Delay Start" function, make sure that the detergent compartment is dry before adding detergent. Otherwise the detergent could stick together and not completely rinse out. Liquid detergent should not be used when selecting "Delay Start", the detergent could leak. It is recommended to add the detergent and lock the dishwasher door to prevent children from coming in contact with the detergent. The "Start/Stop" indicator flashes. ^ Select the desired program with the program button. ^ Press the "Delay Start" button. [. . . ] This allows for connection of the machine to either a hot or cold water source. For lowest energy consumption connect the dishwasher to a cold water source. For fastest possible wash times, with slightly higher energy consumption, connect the dishwasher to a hot water source. All programs use hot water in the rinse cycles. [. . . ]
