To deactivate the safety lock ^ Press the Start/Stop button. The following will appear in the display: Deactivate safety lock ^ Press the right hand Menu button under OK, and then the following will come up in the display: W Unlocked 34 Detergent The correct detergent All modern detergents produced for automatic washing machines are suitable. balls, if these are supplied with the detergent.
