A: Turn the dial to "H" setting.  [. . . ] B: Place the buckle wire into one of two slots,  then shut. If it's too tight or loose,  open the buckle and re-position the wire into another slot. 

A: Put the handlebar remote lever in the "H" setting. B: Place the Remote Shifter Kit cover onto the Mag unit. Align the holes for proper fit (cover aligns only one way) . C: Re-install the screws then tighten with a screwdriver.
