Thank you for purchasing the "VERGO" bike mount kit.  [. . . ] To keep the bikes stable,  we recommend tying bikes down with a long strap. 

How To Disassemble and Assemble
VERGO is already assembled so you don't need to disassemble the kit. You may want to add or replace optional Fork Mounts. To do so,  follow the steps.

Remove the two screws under the End Cover with a phillips screwdriver,  then the End Cover will be removed. It's simple,  just remove the knob bolt.
