Detailed instructions for use are in the User's Guide.

[. . . ] High-Pressure Gas Sylinder Assist Workstand "W-400 GAZZY" instruction manual Lock Ring <How To Assemble> Required Tools Flat Washer Clamp Jaws Knob Nut 5mm & 6mm Hex Wrenches, 13mm Spanner Arm 8mm Nylon Nut Gas Cylinder Remote Wire 6mm Bolt (Short) Frame 8mm Bolt Open the Front Legs, install the Assist Legs to the Pillar with the supplied shorter 6mm bolts. Firmly install the Rear Leg onto the Frame with the supplied longer 6mm bolt. While you tilt up and hold the Arm, install the Gas Cylinder onto the bracket on the Arm with supplied 6mm bolt and Nylon Nut. [. . . ] If you clamp a carbon or a light alloy thin tubing frame too hard, the frame may be damaged. Clamping securely is important but you should not clamp so strongly on these kinds of frames. When you clamp your bike, do NOT shut the jaws by rotating the knob bolt after pulling up the lever. The bike may fall down from the jaws during the repair work due to insufficient clamp power. CAUTION W-400 can hold the bike at any angle you want. While you push down the Clamp Lock Lever, rotate the bike then release the lever. The inside gear will engage the lever and keep the desired angle. When you clamp the seatpost with placing the bike on the floor, the gears may not be able to engage the lever properly because of the defference of each position. At that time you should free the clamp rotation by unhooking the Lock Ring (see Fig. B). Clamp Locking Lever Lock Ring (Fig. B) <How To Tilt-up and Down the Arm> The high-pressure gas cylinder of W-400 can hold about 10kgs (22 lbs. ) by itself. This will help you to reduce the weight when you have to lift up a heavy bike toward your desired height. CAUTION The power of the gas cylinder is very strong. When you release the lock of the arm while nothing is on the clamp, the arm will lift up fast. To avoid any injury, keep your hands, arm and face away from the upper area of the arm. When you tilt up or down the arm, you should hold down the arm with your hand to kill the speed of the lifting. At this time, do NOT insert your fingers between the arms otherwise your finger may be injured. To lift up the arm, turn the remote control lever toward you to release the lock (see Fig. Then the arm will lift up automatically.
