Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. 6 Use to marinade beef, lamb or pork. Sour cream blue cheese dip Ingredients Onion Fresh parsley 100ml Sour cream 20g blue cheese Salt Method 1 Cut 10g of onion into 1-2cm pieces and chop finely. 2 Roughly chop a handful of parsley in chopper, 5g at a time. 3 Mix onion, parsley, sour cream and blue cheese together and add salt to taste. Garlic & herb dip Ingredients 1 garlic clove A handful of fresh herbs: basil, chives, parsley, coriander 100ml plain, low-fat yogurt Salt Method 1 Chop garlic finely. 3 Mix all ingredients and add salt to taste.
