Adding New Fields Action 1 When entering information for a new contact, tap Edit > Add field. 2 Tap New Field, then the field from the list. Recording Voice Tags for Contacts You can record a voice tag when adding a new contact (page 56), or when editing a contact (page 60). Note: The contact must have at least one phone number entered to assign a voice tag. You can record a voice tag for all phone numbers for a contact.
