Your service provider may reset these numbers before you receive your phone. If your service provider has not reset these numbers, we recommend that you change them to prevent other users from accessing your personal information or modifying your phone settings. The unlock code must contain four digits, and the security code must contain six digits. Be sure to make a note of the new numbers. Find the Feature M > Settings > Security > New Passwords > the password If You Forget a Code or Password If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number.
