The initial GPS lock may take several minutes to achieve. 18 A steady orange GPS light indicates that enough satellites have been locked on to and that your position is known. Bluetooth Status Light A flashing blue Bluetooth status light means that your GPS receiver is not connected to your phone. When MOTONAV is started, it will automatically try to connect with your GPS receiver. Do not attempt to connect using the Windows utilities. A steady blue light indicates that your phone has successfully connected to your GPS receiver, and once the GPS light is steady orange you will be ready to travel. Note: 10 seconds after successful Bluetooth and GPS connection, all status lights will turn off. To view them again, momentarily press the power button to turn them on. 19 8 Installation and Start Up Before you can use MOTONAV, you must install the program on your Smartphone. This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up and use your MOTONAV personal navigation system. Charge the Battery on the GPS Receiver Before starting, charge the batteries completely in both the GPS receiver and your phone. While the GPS receiver is in use, you may be able to use a Bluetooth handsfree device at the same time. Creating an Online Account Many of the online features, namely Traffic updates, require you to have a MOTONAV Online account. This section shows the steps required to activate your MOTONAV Online account. [. . . ] You want to transfer MOTONAV to a new phone. You lost your Voucher card for activation.
