Next, carefully remove the blade protection cover. Caution: the blades are extremely sharp. 2 To cut using the univeral blades (fig. 2): Plug in the appliance. Place the blades on the food to be cut and press (fig. 2). Start to cut frimly from the crust or rind going down into the food. The blades should remain parallel to the surface of the cut. Never try to cut bones. 3 To slice with the special frozen food blades (fig. 3) (according to model): Plug in the appliance. Place the blades on the frozen food to be cut and mo ve backwards and for wards to make cutting easier. Specially designed to improve cutting, in particular for food with a crust, rind or skin (bread, meat, etc. ). 4 To remove the blades, unplug the appliance, then press the blade ejection button (D) while pinching the protections (A) and pull to remove them from the motor unit (fig. 4). 1 Apparaten ska vara frånkopplad när klingorna försedda med skydds fodral försiktigt (med eggen nedåt) förs in i motorbloc ket E). Skjut in klingskydden tills klingorna är låsta (en hörbar klickning) (bild 1). Ta sedan försiktigt bort skyddsfodralet. Var försiktig vid hanteringen av klingorna. 2 Uppskärning med de universella klingorna (bild 2): Anslut apparaten. Starta apparaten genom att trycka på strömbrytaren (C). Placera klingorna och pressa dem mot det livsmedel som ska skäras upp (bild 2).
