[. . . ] When the engine starts, move the choke lever to the RUN (C) position, and run at full throttle for 30 seconds. NOTE: If the engine does not start using the Engine Re-start procedures, revert to the Cold Start procedures. Squeeze the throttle control to the wide open (full throttle) position and squeeze the throttle lock-out. With the unit in the starting position and the choke in the FULL (A) position, pull the starter rope briskly 5 times. If the engine attempts to run before the fifth pull, proceed to step 8. Move the choke lever to the PARTIAL (B) position. NOTE: The engine will not run in the FULL choke (A) position. Pull the starter rope 1 to 3 pulls until the engine starts. If the unit fails to start, return to step 4. Move the choke lever to the RUN (C) run at full throttle for 30 seconds. position and Stopping Instructions 1. Keep the cutting attachment parallel to the ground. Allow the tip of the line to do the cutting, especially along walls. Cutting with more than the tip will reduce cutting efficiency and may overload the engine. Cut grass over 8 inches (200 mm) tall by working from top to bottom in small increments to avoid premature line wear or engine drag. Cut from left to right whenever possible. Cutting to the right improves the unit's cutting efficiency.
