I. Growth Guidance System
Safety Harness
The safety harness for the Mulholland Positioning System Growth Guidance System is a five point safety belt. Once the child is positioned in the chair,
place the child's arms under the shoulder straps (b). Make sure the shoulder strap clip (a) is open. Next fasten the straps to the crotch strap buckle (c). Snap the shoulder strap clip closed then tighten the hip belts at the adjustment slide (d). The harness should be snug, but you should still be able to fit your finger between the shoulder strap and the child's shoulders. Shoulder Strap: The shoulder straps are fastened to the neckrest mounting bar.
2. Growth Guidance System
Transportation Tie-Down
Note: This system is only intended for use by children 50 pounds and under. The system was crash tested at the University of Michigan on August 27, 1993. The tie-down system for the Mulholland Positioning System's Growth Guidance System GGS consists of a 4 point tie-down system with an added upper tether. The system is designed to be used with series "A" or "E" track.

1. Fasten Front Tie-Down To fasten the front tie-down straps, loop the end of the tie-down strap over the front seat bar just inside of the legrest angle adjustment casting (a). Attach the ring on the end of the strap to the hook sewn into the tie-down strap webbing.
To tighten the tie-down straps, pull on the loose end of the strap. The cam will lock the strap in the desired position. To loosen the tie-down straps, press cam where marked "PRESS"

2. Fasten Rear Tie-Down Straps To fasten the rear tie-down straps, loop the end of the tie-down strap around the rear seat bar and over the top of the tilt adjustment castings (b). [. . . ]
