Do not touch the fuser unit when you are removing a paper jam. Never touch the electrical contacts inside the printer cover and under the drum cartridge, as an electrostatic discharge may damage the machine. IMPORTANT When paper is jammed inside the machine Open the printer cover by holding the printer cover release (R1). Open the fuser cover by holding the fuser cover release (R2). Pull the cassette toward you and remove the paper in the cassette. Reset the papers and close the cassette. Turn the green dial to remove the jammed paper.
