Set offset lets you adjust the R300 to display local time The date is displayed to ensure that time adjustments are made in the correct direction, i. e. both correct time and correct date should be displayed. GPS signals must be obtained to set local time. Timer Recall lets you recall stored lap data. To enter setup after starting normal operation, you must shut down and re-start the R300. Flashing icon = seeking GPS signals Constant icon = GPS signals obtained Startup could take up to 80 seconds to get all satellite data. Enter setup Press and hold to enter setup counter If you release before the counter reaches zero, the R300 will immediately start normal operation. Press and hold to leave setup counter After leaving setup, the R300 automatically starts normal operation displaying the speed mode first. Step 3 Go Start normal operation Press to start normal operation When starting directly into normal operation R300 will start in the mode it was in at last shutdown. The R300 automatically operates whenever you are moving and pauses operation while you are stationary. Modes are accessed in the following order: AVG MAX Speed MAX Clock Speed Timer RCL Speed AVG Timer Odometer 2 873 ZONE SET Altitude Calories Cal Zone OFF Zone ON Zone MIN RCL Zone MAX For details about modes or setting zone limits, see over page or consult User Guide.
