Film speed setting
The camera is designed to use DX-coded ISO 100 or 400 film, and correct film speed is automatically set. [. . . ] Be sure to hold down the shutter release button halfway for a few seconds to light up the red-eye reduction lamp before pressing the button all the way to fire the flash. The red-eye reduction lamp goes out after 10 seconds automatically while holding the shutter release button halfway. Lightly press the shutter release button to lock focus on the subject. Keeping the shutter release button lightly pressed, recompose the scene. Note: To cancel focus lock, simply remove your finger from the shutter release button. When the film reaches the end of the roll, it rewinds automatically until it is fully rewound inside the film cartridge. The frame counter counts backwards until the end of the rewind, then stops automatically. Open the camera back and remove the film for processing without delay. To rewind the film in mid-roll, slide the mid-roll rewind lever in the direction of the arrow. - 9 -
