[. . . ] To view your phone on a PC as an external hard drive, to which you can transfer any data files, connect using compatible USB data cable, or with Bluetooth connectivity using PC Suite file manager. If you are using the USB data cable, select Data transfer as the connection mode. When transferring music by inserting an old memory card with music files to the phone, or by using the mass storage USB connection mode to transfer, the music player does not automatically display the transferred songs. To view the transferred songs, update the music player library by selecting Options > Refresh Music library. Save and manage contact information To save and manage contact information, such as names, phone numbers, and addresses, select > Addr. To view names and numbers from a SIM card, phone memory, and service numbers, select Options > Settings >Contacts to display and the appropriate option. To copy names and numbers between a SIM card and your phone, scroll to the contact (or mark the desired contacts), and select Options > Copy > Phone memory or SIM memory. To view the list of fixed dialing numbers, select Options > SIM numbers > Fixed dial contacts. When fixed dialing is activated, calls may be possible to the official emergency number programmed into your phone. To view information about the memory consumption of contacts, select Options > Address Book info. To create a contact group so that you can send text or e-mail messages to several recipients at the same time, select > Addr. To set a ringing tone for each contact and group, select To add a ringing tone for a contact, select the contact, Options > Ringing tone, and the desired ringing tone. To add a ringing tone for a group, open the contact groups tab, and scroll to a contact group. To remove the personal or group ringing tone, select Default tone as a ringing tone.
