You may use the stand in the following ways: · View your image and the other caller's image from your phone display during a video call. · Adjust the camera and viewing angle by tilting the stand to the desired position. · Use your Bluetooth headset, such as Nokia Wireless Headset HDW-3, with your phone when you want to call in privacy. · Use the functions of your phone normally while the phone is connected to the stand. Overview Nokia Video Call Stand has the following parts: Camera lens (1) The indicator light (2) is green when the stand is powered by the AC-1 or ACP-12 charger and the phone is plugged into the Pop-Port connector. When the light is continuously on, the phone and stand are ready for video calling. Pop-Port connector (3) Charger jack (4) The dc cable (5) allows you to charge your phone while the phone is placed in the stand and the dc plug is connected to the phone. Copyright © 2004 Nokia. Using the stand Placing your phone in the stand 1. Detach the plug-end of the dc cable from the back of the stand. 2. Connect the stand to an AC-1 or ACP-12 charger. 3. The green indicator light flashes briefly. Keep the stand connected to the wall socket when in use. Copyright © 2004 Nokia. Plug the phone into the stand, and insert the plug-end of the dc cable into the charger jack of your phone. The charger also charges the phone battery. 5. Verify that the indicator light is green, indicating that the stand is ready for use. Making a video call 1. When the phone is properly placed in the stand, adjust the camera and viewing angle by tilting the stand to the desired position.
