Suggested remedy Place the printer on a steady, level surface. Use media that has been stored in appropriate temperature and humidity conditions. Remove the sheets, jog them into alignment and reload them. Adjust the paper stop and paper guides of the tray, or the manual feed guide on the MP Tray to align the media properly. 81 ­ C910 Troubleshooting Possible cause Your envelopes to be printed are not oriented properly. Your printer feed rollers are wearing out. The media weight or type have been wrongly set. Suggested remedy Adjust the orientation as required. Wipe the roller with a cloth moistened with water.
