[. . . ] Flash Power Grip FP-1 Instructions Thank you for purchasing the OLYMPUS Flash Power Grip (FP-1). The FP-1 is the flash power grip for exclusive use with OLYMPUS digital cameras. Before use, please read this instruction manual to ensure your safety, and keep it handy for future reference. WARNING Do not use the flash power grip, connection cord or battery if it is damaged. To avoid electric shock or injury, do not touch any exposed internal parts. [. . . ] Do not use the flash power grip in a place where heat may accumulate (for example, under a cushion). Do not use the flash power grip where it may be exposed to flammable gas. Doing so poses a risk of fire or explosion. Never throw the battery into a fire or put it near a fire. When unplugging a cable, pull it out by grasping the plug, not the cord. Damage to the cord may result in fire ignition, explosion, damage, battery fluid leak and/or electric shock. Do not use the flash power grip near heat-generating equipment. This could damage the external finish or melt the coating and result in fire, overheating, explosion, fluid leak or electric shock. Note on cameras used with the Flash Power Grip For details, please refer to Olympus website (http://www. olympus. com/) or contact Olympus.
