[. . . ] You can select from the fonts installed on your computer. Selects the font size of the text by clicking the [] button. Selects the character style of the text (Regular, Bold, Italic or Bold Italic) by clicking the [] button. Selects the font color of the text by clicking the [] button. If you checked the [Shadow] checkbox, select the shadow color by clicking the [] button. Enters the text to insert in the album. 177 3 Click the [OK] button. The text appears in the layout according to the settings you made. Tips · To change the position, drag the text with the mouse in the preview display area. · To change the size, drag the edges of the text with the mouse in the preview display area. · To rotate the text, while holding down the Alt key (Option key for Macintosh), drag a corner of the text with the mouse in the preview display area. 178 Adding a Frame to an Image in the Album You can set the type of the frame to add to the images in the album. 1 2 From the preview display area, select the image to add the frame. In the print setting panel of the [Album Print] window, click the [Frame] button. The [Frame] dialog box appears. 3 4 Select the frame collection by clicking the [] button. Select a frame from the displayed frames. Tip To add the selected frame to all images in the album, check the [Add frame to all images] checkbox. 5 Click the [OK] button. The frame is added to the selected image or all images. Tip To delete a frame, select the frame you want to delete in the preview display area, click the [Frame] button, and then select [None] (one with an oblique line) in the [Frame] dialog box. 179 Adding a Stamp in the Album You can select the stamp to add to the album. 1 In the print setting panel of the [Album Print] window, click the [Stamp] button. The [Stamp] dialog box appears. 2 3 4 Select the stamp collection by clicking the [] button. Click the [OK] button. The selected stamp is added to the album. Tips · To change the position, drag the stamp with the mouse in the preview display area. · To change the size, drag one of the corners of the stamp with the mouse in the preview display area. · To rotate the stamp, while holding down the Alt key (Option key for Macintosh), drag a corner of the stamp with the mouse in the preview display area. 180 Setting Background of the Album You can set the background for the pages in the album. 1 2 From the preview display area, select the page to set the background. In the print setting panel of the [Album Print] window, click the [Background] button. The [Background] dialog box appears. 3 4 Select the background collection by clicking the [] button. Select the background. Tip To add the selected background to all pages, check the [Add background to all pages] checkbox. 5 Click the [OK] button. The selected background appears in the layout. Tip To delete the background, select the page you want to delete the background from, and click the [Background] button. When the [Background] dialog box appears, select [No Background] . 181 Creating and Printing a Contact Sheet You can create and print a contact sheet with the shooting information of the images and the layout (number of rows and columns) you specify. Tip To use the Contact Sheet Print function, upgrading to the Plus version is required. See also For details about the functions common to the print window, refer to "Print Window" (g page 75). Creating and Printing a Contact Sheet To create the contact sheet and print it, follow the procedure below. 1 From the [Tools] menu, select [Print], and click [Contact Sheet]. Alternatively, click [Print] on the toolbar in the [Browse] window, then click [Contact Sheet]. The [Contact Sheet Print] window appears. If you access the [Contact Sheet Print] window from the [Browse] window, the images in the selected calendar or folder appear in the thumbnail area. 182 2 3 4 If you do not find the images you want to put in the contact sheet in the thumbnail area, click the tree display button. The thumbnail area slides to the right and tree display area appears. Select the calendar or folder containing the images you want to use. The thumbnails of the files within the calendar or folder you selected are displayed in the thumbnail area. In the print setting panel, set the following options. Item Orientation Layout Description Selects the paper orientation ([Portrait] or [Landscape]). Defines how to arrange images by specifying the number of rows and columns. Click the [] or [] button of the [Rows] edit box to change the number of rows. Click the [] or [] button of the [Columns] edit box to change the number of columns.
