The status character string displayed is determined according to the value of tag ITEM PV_ABN. Display (No characters displayed. ) PV error indication 0 1 PV_ABN (ITEM 019) This field is created as an ON/OFF Button using a Select Shape of type 1 and switches to display PV error indication characters. 4: Alarm Status Display MH and ML are not provided with 3-position ON/OFF. The other settings are the same as for Basic PID. The following diagram shows a face plate for 3-position ON/OFF built with the Face Plate Auto-Builder for NS in a 640×480 screen resolution. The whole face is built using 458×142 dots. 53 Three-position ON/OFF (Block Model 002) Section 6-4 The display and operation of each object in the face plate is the same as the version for 800×600 screen resolution. 6-4-2 Tuning Screens The Tuning Screens for 3-position ON/OFF are almost the same as for Basic PID (Block Model 011), except for the following differences. For details on the areas not covered here, refer to 6-1 Basic PID (Block Model 011). 6-5-1 Face Plates The face plates are almost the same as for Basic PID (Block Model 011), except for the following aspects. · The SP is X1 (Auto input) and read-only (no SP Change Button provided). · A deviation alarm (DV) is not provided. · Remote mode is not supported. 55 Indication and Operation (Block Model 032) Section 6-5 1 2 3 5 4 The actual graphic display is shown below. 1: Status Display Either AUTO or MAN is displayed. CAS (Remote and Auto) mode is not supported, which is different from Basic PID. The status character string displayed is determined by the value of tag ITEM A/M_SW. The numeral display field is display-only. (A Control Flag is set to disable input. ) The numeral display for X1 uses an engineering unit. The number of banks displayed on the screen indicate the range of banks that can be written. 123 Segment Program 3 (Block Model 158) 3: Backup Button Section 6-19 This button backs up data during operation. This is performed to back up changed settings to the flash memory in the Loop Control Board.
