RECEIVER *1 When AM or FM radio is used, the band, preset number, and frequency are displayed. *2 If the input signal is analog, or AM or FM radio is selected, no format information is displayed. If the input signal is PCM, the sampling frequency is displayed. If the input signal is digital but not PCM, the signal format is displayed. Information is displayed for about 3 seconds, then the previous display reappears. Interpreting Surround Channel Information Press the [RECEIVER] REMOTE MODE button, followed by the [MULTI CH] button. The MULTI CH indicator appears on the display. FM STEREO AUTO TUNED Tuning into Weak FM Stereo Stations If the signal from a stereo FM station is weak, it may be impossible to get good reception. In this case, switch to Manual Tuning mode and listen to the station in mono.
