The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance. Important Safeguards 1. Read Instructions ­ All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the appliance is operated. [. . . ] During use, extend the antenna and move it in various directions until the clearest signal is received. Fix it with push pins or similar implements in the position that will cause the least amount of distortion. If the reception is not very clear with the attached FM indoor antenna, the use of an outdoor antenna is recommended. Rotate the outer frame of the antenna. Insert into the hole.
