Do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture. Dangerously high voltages are present inside the TV. [. . . ] To ensure good performance and reduced radiation interference, Packard Bell recommends that you use a shielded cable with a ferrite clip when connecting any accessories to your product (Firewire VCR, USB camera, etc. Master Power Button - Press the power button to turn the Smart TV32 on, or to completely power-down the Smart TV32. Turning off the Smart TV32: The Smart TV32 features a Standby power mode that quickly turns on and off the Smart TV32 during day-to-day use. Use the remote control power button or the Standby button on the front of the Smart TV32 to enter or exit Standby mode. If you use the main power button to power-off the Smart TV32, it will not make programmed recordings while it is off and may take several minutes to display a television image after being turned on. RCA Audio (Left/Right) - these audio connectors are activated when Component In is used as the AV source. Component In - Connect a device such as a set-top box or satellite receiver with Component Out. You can use the OSD features to change the screen settings of your display. Adjust OSD settings, such as the language used by the OSD, and the delay before the OSD turns off. Adjust display settings, such as the way the display is stretched to fit on the screen or the 'warmth' of the image. When using the OSD, this button toggles between the OSD sections and the section entries. While the OSD is not active, these buttons may have a second function. Press the UP button or the DOWN button to choose a section from the images on the left. Press UP or DOWN to select the item you want to adjust, and then LEFT or RIGHT to either decrease or increase the value displayed in the bar or toggle though the options. Press the MENU button again to confirm the value and return to the section list. If you change the Brightness or Contrast the OSD will be reduced to show only the value being changed, so that you may see as much of the screen as possible. The equalizer features several predefined settings and a custom setting which allows you to set your own levels. Specifications may change without notice.
