To mount the holder on the wall, hold it against the wall in the desired position, and mark the position of the holes with a pencil on the wall or surface where the holder is to be mounted. Position the holder, moving the holder downwards so that the screws enter the slots. - Always switch off the vacuum cleaner before opening it. - Push the button for opening the dust compartment (5) downwards and separate the dust compartment from the rest of the vacuum cleaner. - Remove the filter and its holder from the dust compartment and empty it (Fig. 3, 4, 5) - Remove any dust and dirt from the filter with a brush. The interior of the dust compartment can be cleaned with a damp cloth. - To clean the filter more thoroughly, rinse it with cold or tepid water. - Ensure that it is correctly fitted before using the vacuum cleaner again. - You will only be able to vacuum up the maximum amount of dust when the filter is clean and the dust compartment is empty.
