Place the grill on a dry, level surface. Plug the other end of the power cord in the mains socket. Turn the temperature thermostat to the desired heat setting. The lamp will turn off when the temperature reaches the setting. During cooking, the lamp will remain lit and the thermostat will keep the device at the desired temperature. The plate finish allows you to cook with virtually no oil. Place the food on the grill and cook to your taste or as stated in the grilling times given below. The heat should be adjusted to your personal preference and the food to be cooked.
